Currently, we accept orders shipping to United States addresses.
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Shipping times depend on the shipping method available for your order or region:
Delivery time: 2 - 20 working days, the specific situation depends on the tightness of the inventory.
Standard Shipping: 3 - 7 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)
Note: These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the shipping time during the special periods will be much longer. GEEKNUC will ship your goods as soon as possible under the requirements for epidemic prevention.

ALL prices listed on the GEEKNUC Official Store include taxes, import fees, and customs duties. Customers not subject to these fees.
Missing product(s), wrong product(s), or incorrect package sent
During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition (no sign of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing the package.
For any issues, please contact us：
Provide your order number and the serial number.
Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received
Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed by GEEKNUC:
If there is a product missing, we will resend the missing product/accessory for free within the warranty period.
If we have shipped the wrong product, we will resend the right product.
GEEKNUC will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive it.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and link. You can use the link in your email to track your order.
You can also log in to your GEEKNUC account to track your order (Account Dashboard: My orders).
How to create a GEEKNUC account?
You can create your GEEKNUC account via GEEKNUC Account Center. With a GEEKNUC account, you can track your order and register the product to get a warranty.
How to retrieve my order if I made a purchase without logging in?
If you made a purchase without logging in, you can create an account with the same e-mail address you provided when purchasing and retrieve your order.
After logging in, go to the "My Orders" page and click the "Retrieve Order" button. Then your previous orders will be linked to your account.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel the order you will need to contact us within 12hrs of placing the order. We will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly.
If the order has already been shipped out from our courier's warehouse, sorry we cannot cancel your order.

Our orders are mainly shipped from the US warehouse, and some products will be shipped from the UK, Germany, and Hong Kong, China.
